In all my cleaning this weekend, I found my 8lb free weight.

So I decided to leave it on our dresser. My goal is to use it as I pass it and have time. I get bored easy though and, typically, am a dumbass when it comes to weights.

So what moves do you suggest so I can get some decent looking arms?

  2. fflowtan said: Pushups and dips are the best. Using your own body weight is better than simply lifting free weights because you’re forced to balance yourself and use more than just one joint / muscle.
