So I suck at drinking my water all day long. Mostly, I don’t sit still long enough and I don’t have that much time for potty breaks. 

I actually heard an interesting interview with a local doctor awhile ago about how teachers often think they’re depressed or have health problems, but really they’re just dehydrated and it presents as depression instead. 

Anyway, I end up not being able to drink a lot of my water throughout the day which means downing it all in the evening, if not into the night. This equals the woes of being up all night peeing when I really just want to sleep.
